    • ClickTake Technologies agrees to provide the agreed-upon services within the agreed-upon timeframe.

  2. Deadline:

    • The deadline for service delivery will be communicated and agreed upon before commencement of the project. ClickTake Technologies will make every reasonable effort to meet the deadline.

  3. Refund Policy:

    • ClickTake Technologies offers a 14-day refund policy.
    • Clients are eligible for a 70% refund within the first 14 days of service commencement.
    • Refunds requested after 14 days will not be processed.

  4. Refund Procedure:

    • To initiate a refund, clients must submit a written request to ClickTake Technologies via email or through our designated customer support portal.
    • Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days of approval.

  5. Conditions for Refund Eligibility:

    • Refunds are only applicable to the unused portion of the services.
    • Any additional costs incurred during the provision of services will be deducted from the refund amount.
    • Refunds will not be issued if the client violates the terms of the agreement or fails to cooperate with ClickTake Technologies during the service provision.

  6. Cancellation Policy:

    • Clients may cancel their services at any time.
    • Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email or through our designated customer support portal.
    • Cancellation fees may apply, depending on the stage of the project.

  7. Client Responsibilities:

    • Clients are responsible for providing all necessary information, materials, and approvals in a timely manner to facilitate the smooth provision of services.
    • Failure to provide required information or approvals may result in delays and may impact the deadline for service delivery.

  8. Modification of Terms:

    • ClickTake Technologies reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
    • Clients will be notified of any changes to the terms and conditions.
